Chimezie Ezenwaka is the Group Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for upholding strong financial management, operational strategy and accountability while providing timely, accurate, and reliable financial information and enhancing internal control.

He is Result-oriented, with strong academic background and professional experience in risk and financial management, financial markets, consumer and corporate credit management. Offering comprehensive skills, innovative solutions and a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding desired objectives.

Prior to joining Taurus Oil and Gas Limited, Chimezie was responsible for Corporate Financial Reporting, forecasting, planning and financial analysis as well as competitive analysis and benchmarking at Fidelity Bank Plc. He has extensive operational and financial experience, cost management and transactional support role at the Bank that spans over half a decade of service.

Chimezie obtained a Master’s Degree in Finance from University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. He is also an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
